BRAIN FOOD...caya tk? teehee

Macam ni mula2 nya~

da tak tau nk buat apa..hari ni aq tak sekolah......
Gua tak sekola bukan apa...susa nk tumpuhkan perhatian....esok gua EXCEL....adoiiii..ni last hari gua bermain.....or mungkin tidak.....
Banyak nya perlu belajar...tapi....kena juga update2 blog ni....saja nk luangkan perasaan by typing....

SO....nk cerita sesuatu....
pada waktu gua layan2 internet....
tetiba terfikir sesuatu tentang pelajaran....
gua bengang la juga psl terfikir tentang tu...tapi gua nk cari cara mudah....
lagi pun gua nk beat score member gua....so gua kena cari penyelesaian untuk musnah kan dia punya score...
da janji pada diri nk STRAIGHT A smua subject.....so....gua da jumpa antara perkara yg bole menolong gua menjadikan gua senang belajar dan cepat pndai.....tpi tak la pndai  mcm Albert Einstein....setakat bole jawab peperiksaan...
so...ini antara penyelesaian nya.......

Korg tahu tak makanan apa yg bole buat kita senang belajar dan pndai??.....
ok ni gua bgi korg list dan description sekali...tapi dlm bahasa english ni.....
gua bagi lima makanan yg bole buat kita pndai la...

1. Avocado


Start each day with a mix of high-quality protein and beneficial fats to build the foundation for an energized day. Avocado with scrambled eggs provides both, and the monounsaturated fat helps blood circulate better, which is essential for optimal brain function. Worst alternative: a trans-fat-filled, sugar-laden cream cheese Danish.
Green it: you don’t need to buy an organic avocado – conventional is fine. But make sure your supplementary protein is free range, cage free, or organic.




2. Blueberries

These delicious berries are one of the best foods for you, period, but they’re very good for your brain as well. Since they’re high in fiber and low on the glycemic index, they are safe for diabetics and they do not spike blood sugar. Blueberries are possibly the best brain food on earth: they have been linked to reduced risk for Alzheimer’s, shown to improve learning ability and motor skills in rats, and they are one of the most powerful anti-stress foods you can eat. Avoid: dried, sweetened blueberries.
Green it: buy local and organic, and be mindful of seasonality. When blueberries are out of season, opt for cranberries, grapes, goji berries, blackberries or cherries to get your brain boost.


3. Wild Salmon

Omega-3 fatty acids are essential for your brain. These beneficial fats are linked to improved cognition and alertness, reduced risk of degenerative mental disease (such as dementia), improved memory, improved mood, and reduced depression, anxiety and hyperactivity. Wild salmon is a premium source, but we’ll highlight a few other sources on this list for vegetarians and people who just don’t like salmon. Avoid farmed (read: sea lice infested) salmon.
Green it: the California salmon stock is threatened, so choose wild Alaskan salmon only, and eat small portions no more than twice a week.


4. Nuts

Nuts contain protein, high amounts of fiber, and they are rich in beneficial fats. For getting an immediate energy boost that won’t turn into a spike later, you can’t do better than nuts. The complex carbs will perk you up while the fat and protein will sustain you. Nuts also contain plenty of vitamin E, which is essential to cognitive function. You don’t have to eat raw, plain, unsalted nuts, but do avoid the ones with a lot of sweetening or seasoning blends. Filberts, hazelnuts, cashews, and walnuts are great choices, with almonds being the king of nuts.
For those avoiding carbs, macadamia nuts are much higher in fat than most nuts. By the way, peanuts just aren’t ideal. Aside from the fact that many people are allergic, peanuts have less healthy fat than many other types of nuts…maybe that’s because peanuts are not actually a nut! They’re still much better than a candy bar, however.
Green it: try to choose organic, raw nuts, and if you can’t get those, at least avoid the tins of heavily-seasoned, preservative-laden nuts that may have taken many food miles to get to your mouth.


5. Seeds

Try sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, flax seed, and tahini (a tangy, nutty sesame butter that tastes great in replacement of mayo and salad dressing). Seeds contain a lot of protein, beneficial fat, and vitamin E, as well as stress-fighting antioxidants and important brain-boosting minerals like magnesium.


Green it: Again, just look for organic and try to avoid the highly-seasoned, processed options. In general, things like fruits, vegetables, seeds and nuts are pretty low-impact, environmentally speaking, in comparison to meats and cheeses.



6. Coffee

Thine eyes do not deceive (even if you are in the midst of a sugar crash). Coffee is good for your brain. Did you know coffee actually contains fiber? That’s going to help your cardiovascular system. Coffee also exerts some noted benefit to your brain in addition to providing you with a detectable energy boost.
The trick is not to have more than a few cups. But you can safely enjoy 2-4 cups daily – we are talking about supercharging here. Just please don’t go ruining a good thing by loading it up with sugar! Espresso beans are actually a phenomenally healthy snack, by the way.
Green it: brew yourself some fair-trade organic coffee to benefit both the planet and the workers who grow your beans. Use a thermos instead of a throwaway cup

Aq kembali~

Datangnya Sang Pengembara dari Puncak Gunung Ghaib....cheewaahh...













Sekian lama sudah...gua da meninggalkan dunia blog gua yg tk larh popular sgt...

Tapi rasa2 mcm nk sambung lak...ntah lah....mcm bnyk cerita yg nk diceritakan.....

Lagi pun skrg aq da makin maju.......Aq punya pemikiran dah semakin tajam,berfikiran matang suda.

Dah ada wawasan........haha....Kalau ngurat pompuan pun da bole,pancing2 dua tiga ekor petik jari....

Tibalah masanya aq cuba curahkan smua idea2 aq kedalam blog ni......

Sama ada dalam bentuk video,music..text..info...dan mcm2 lagi....

gua nk start something yg baru dlm hidup gua...gua nk cerita psl benda2 yg remaja mmg like..or org dewasa
suka.....

Gua nk buat bnyk video...music...benda2 tentang games.....

Soooo..Unpredictable...

ok la...gua nk sambung wat entry la....
gua bukan apa...gua cuma ari tu boring sangat takde mood nk wat entry yg cool2/uncool2......
so....kali ni..gua maw wat entry yg best la juga buat gua....

gua bukan apa...gua iala org....dan gua bukan gua musang...
gua iala budak baik..hahaha......
gua nk share sikit cerita gua tentang ari tu...fuhhh...mmg amat memalukan...
tapi..mmg cool ler..hakhakhak....

gua pada hari tu mmg rasa cool gile...
tenang jer...calm down mcm biasa....alah..budak cool mmg gitu..hakhakhak....
so pada hari tu gua ada kelas Taekwando....
da bgus2  bngun awal....transpoter pula lmbat bangun....sedih gua....akak gua tak dpt hantar.....bapak gua pun sama........sbab bapak gua outstation pi Brunei.....so abg gua yg kedua ni jer dpt tolong...
tapi...dia lmbat bngun.....

so....da bngun...mcm biasa jer la gua pi kelas taekwando...
gua tahu gua lmbat.....
8:30...waktu mesti datang..law tidak phm2 jer la...
tpi gua da lewat dri 8:30...
tapi gua stay cool jer...hehehe....
so...da sampai...gua kasi tau kat abg gua yg balik jam 11 pagi....

so gua lmbat...terpaksa gua kena suru warming...tapi gua tak mau sbab da penat belari pi tempat belia...
so....bermula training pertama gua telah buat gua dlm masalah....
gileee betulll.....kena suru buat chop kick 50 kali kiri 50 kali kanan....
da buat smpai habis....kena suru stretching kaki.....50 kali...

tak sedar2 buat stretching...fuhhhhh.....gua da koyak seluar...tapi gua tak sedar lgi time tu....
so gua nk masuk barisan smula.....awek Sir Taekwando kmi ni tersenyum la pulak...
gua ingat psl gua hansem ker ape.....
last2....kawan gua pun ketawa kat gua.....dia kata " kenapa seluar ko kuyak,bro?" sambil ketawa....
so gua pun tertanya tanya.....fuhhh...gua tngok bawa...kuyak besar mcm potato.......
gua terkejut..tpi gua cool...calm down jer....

so dgn berani nye gua panggil Sir Taekwando gua......
fuhhhhhh......gua pun shout "Sirrrrr....Seluar saya kuyakkkkk!!!!!".....
hahaha.....tanpa tak sangka...smua org terdengar.....maluuuu nyeeee guaaaaaaa.......
terus gua pandang belakang.......
gua stay calm down jer.....

so sir gua suru duduk jer la kat kerusi...
yang lain pula buat training dan sparring...
so gua buat mcm biasa jer...ambik telefon..gmbar2...pas tu rakam dorang sparring taekwando.....
soooo coool dorg sparring.....kesian gua tak dpt join sekaki....takpe2..next week gua maw sparring gakk...

so....da 10:30 malam pagi....skrg waktu pulang..kelas bersurai...
tak sedar2..gua punya abg da di belakang kerusi gua...
kat tepi mechine minuman..kira 7kaki dari tmpat duduk gua...
gua pun bisik..."royy..royy..seluar aq kuyakk!!"...dgn gaya tunjuk seluar kuyak...
dia tak dgnr..so gua ckp kuat2 sikit....tetibe...smua budak2 kt kelas tu ketawa...maluuu nye guaaa lgi sekali...
da tu...gua pun masuk kereta..mcm biasa...gua kasi tau la apa yg terjadi....

so abg gua pun kata yg dia kat parking kereta dari tadi....
gua ingat dia da jln pi tmpat lain...
fuhhhhh....unpredictable......kalau la gua tahu....kan bgus....
sedihhh betul gua pada hari tu.....apa la......smua nye unpredictable.....maluuu guaaa...ishhhhh...
tapi..tak sangka..gua da dpt sbuah pengalaman yg seronok buat gua...














Biar gua kasi lebih terang sikit apa maksud "taekwando"...
ia bukan bermaksud Taik Si Wando...
atau pun... Tekwan Makcik Wando...
tapi dia ada dua maksud...dia berasal dari bahasa jepun....
law dlm erti bahasa.....ia bermaksud Terima Kasih....
tapi law dari segi yg lebih mendalam....
Tae bermakna "menumbuk";  Kwon bermakna "menendang";
dan Do bermakna "cara" atau "seni"......
Jadi, Taekwondo bolehlah diterjemahkan secara kasar sebagai "seni menendang dan menumbuk".....
so da jelas??....

hehehe....mengikut kepahaman gua...di global...ada terdapat beberapa taekwando punya club....
WTF ialah asal....ITF daripada yg asal.....GTF or kat malaysia MGTF ialah dari ITF.....
tpi smua nya masi wujud....
WTF = World Taekwando Federation
ITF = International Taekwando Federation
GTF = Global Taekwando Federation
mereka mempunyai cara pembelajaraan yg amat berbeza.....
WTF focus pada kesukanan...dan mereka di iktirafkan oleh sukan olympic....

tpi ITF dan GTF focus pada kesenian.....yg mengekalkan seninya sejak zaman dahulu lgi...
tapi mereka belajar perkara yg sama gak..cuma cara pembelajaran jak yg berbeza....
cuma kefokusan itu yg different...

so..see ya guyz.....sorry la kalu entry gua ni boring......gua hanya tahu menaip...tpi tak tau berfikir..sorry ler...gua kan budak cerdik...hakhakhak...
dan gua ahli taekwando GTF or MGTF la bole dikatakan..dulu gua ITF....

Air mata ku mengalir

erggghhh.....kpd pembaca.....kalau nk layan entry ni...layan jer la...
kali ni aq akan menceritakan kes aq kali ni....

errghhh...pedihnyer mata skrg ni....

waktu : 8.00 pagi....
keadaan : tenang
breakfast pagi: telur dan nasi....dgn SOS CILI....

wahhhh.....
bermula ketika ayam baru lepas berkokok....
ia berlaku selepas breakfast.....
dan berlaku selepas aq berjalan dari meja makan...
dan juga semestinya berlaku selepas semut mati terpijak...

biar aq ceritakan lebih mendalam ketika waktu ini...

wahhhhh...
pada waktu ini.....
sungguh indah bagi ku dgn kekenyangan di perut....
hati ku senang..gembira....waktu pagi ialah waktu terbaik...
smua org tahu...waktu pagi bermula dgn waktu yg indah...

dan...sbuah perkara berlaku selepas ja aq berjalan dari meja makan.....
tanpa membasuh tangan.....
aq pun lalu masuk bilik....dgn hati yg gembira.....
dan perut yg kenyang....
aq pun melihat facebook ku semula...

tetiba....
sewaktu ku menggosok mata ku tanpa sedar terdapat sedikit SOS CILI di jari ku...
KEPEDIHAN  di mata yang teramat membuatkan
keadaan yg tenang menjadi huru hara......
aq pun rasa sakit di mata....
badan ku bergegar....mata menjadi panas dan bergetar....
lalu kaki ku meng hantak hantak bumi....
kepala mengangguk keatas ke bawah....
air mata ku pun mengalir...

ini la merupakan keadaan yg amat sakit buat ku....
rasa PEDIH hingga kesakitan....lalu.....
aq pun berlari ke tandas dgn mata
tertutup sebelah dan sebelah lagi berkelip2.....
ketika di tandas......
air paip ku sambut dgn kedua dua tangan ku lalu mengenakan mata ku....
semakin lama..mata ku hilang rasa PEDIH....
dan aq kembali ke bilik......
untuk melihat facebook ku semula.....

keadaan ini mula tenang...dan kini aq menceritakan di blog aq......
lol....kenapa la aq tak basuh tangan aq...sengal juga aq ni....

SOS CILI sememangnya bole membuatkan mata anda pedih hingga mengalir air mata....
INGAT basuh tangan sebelum dan selepas makan....

Nyamuk...i hate u...

 bodoh gile kali ni.....
ko ni kan...
buat aq geram jer....

 






ni la nyamuk.....

oooohhh nyamuk....kau selalu gigit aq.....
kau selalu hisap darah aq.....
ko buat darah aq mcm "drug" jer......
lepas jer ko hisap darah aq.....
mesti ko mabuk........

aq selalu muskil tentang ko ni......
knp ko suka betul naik atas syiling lepas hisap darah aq???....
kalau ko jatuh mcm mna??....tak pecah ker perot ko tu???
nyamuk...ko tak takut cicak ker????.......

nyamuk.......ko suka betul bawa penyakit....
ko telah buat kan ramai org mati.......
ko ni rajin membunuh juga......
ko ialah pembawa virus utama......

ohhh nyamuk........
kenapa ko mcm banduan baru terlepas???
kulit ko hitam putih....mcm banduan penjara....
ohhh nyamuk......ko mmg gini ker???
kulit ko kalu kena orang...rasa gatal2.....

tapi nyamuk.......ko selalu teman aq...
walau aq sdih....ko teman aq juga.....
tak sangka....ko ni setia juga hisap darah aq......
tapi bila aq bunuh ko....keturunan kau lgi setia dkt aq.....

ni la aq malas.....

mari dengar masalah aq......jgn layan entry ni kalu tak nk...
aq tak buat entry yg cool2 buat sementara kerana aq dlm keadaan yg tak selesan dan stress sikit....

aq nk perempuan yg rajin....tak malas......bijak..pandai......dgnr cakap.....suka berlawak....kuat....
tak pijak kepala aq....tak boros.........penyayang..........alim...soleh...
tapi bole ker cari perempuan mcm tu???....susa gila nk cari perempuan gitu.....

tapi tak kisa ar...lagi pun aq masi mudah.....
buat per nk fikir tentang bercinta cintun ni.....
baik aq fokus pada life aq......
tapi apa life aq???....errrghhhh...nk kata life pun aq rasa malas gak....

bukan apa......org selalu buat aq stresss....rasa malas gile aq.....

Entry pendek tentang hari ni

adoiii....aq betul2 penat sebenarnyer ni....
aq da lalui minggu2 sblum ni dgn keadaan stresss...
aq pun tak tahu kenapa bole stresss.....
tapi...aq betul2 sdih....

takpe la...
aq cuma nk relaks kan mind aq hari ni.....
sbab hari ni smua orang takde kat ruma..cuma aq.....so feel lonely skrg.....
kekadang....rasa bosan pula seorang diri.....

sebenarnyer..aq rindu kat seseorang....ntah la.....tpi..makin lama..makin pudar rasa rindu tu......
aq tak tahu la nk buat apa hari ni.....rasanya main game jer.....tpi...malas la pula....

dan 1 lgi...aq bukan jenis jiwang...knp orang suka kata aq jiwang...aq cuma nk tenangkan fikiran aq la.........orang tak tahu apa perasaan aq.....aq selalu bersndirian.....sbab aq bukan ada teman yg setia...or yg baik........ada kekasih hati...pun aq tinggalkan...bukan apa..bercinta time muda2 ni buang masa jer....buat bodoh jer aq rasa......
